1 Pepper (Your Choice)
1 Bunch Green Onion
1 Container Coleslaw Mix
1-2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
1 lb Ground Meat of your Choice (Hamburger, Chicken, Pork - Anything Goes)
1-2 Tablespoons Chopped Garlic
1-2 Tablespoon Chopped Ginger
1 Tablespoon Avocado Oil
Instructions
Chop pepper and green onion to the size of your liking and place in a bowl.
Drop protein on flattop and spread thinly to create a nice char below.
Drop Pepper/Onion on other side of flattop. Cook turning frequently until tender.
Flip protein when bottom is browned and a little crispy. Continue to cook until other side has the same char. Ensure protein is cooked thru then chop.
Mix onion and pepper into the protein, add garlic and ginger, 1 T of soy. Move to one side of flattop to create space for coleslaw.
Drop Coleslaw mixture on open flattop - add a small amount of avocado oil to ensure it doesn’t stick and cook until tender.
Combine coleslaw and protein mixture - taste and add more soy as desired.
