I found this company as my son worked for a retiree over the summer who hosted two online auctions using MacLee as the facilitator. OUR RESULTS
MacLee spent an entire Saturday cataloging, photographing, and listing our items on Maxsold’s website for approval. Once approved by the online auction company, and we had approved the descriptions, our auction was live. The bidding began immediately! On day one we had 94% of our 106 lots sold, with 6198 views, 30 bidders who placed 387 bids. At the end of the day, we had 100% of our lots sold with 8165 views, 47 bidders who placed 820 bids. IN ONE DAY!!!! That simply doesn’t happen at a garage sale! On the last day of the auction the real excitement happened as we watched the bidding wars begin in real time via the internet! To say we were pleased is an understatement.

Day 1: MacLee photographs & catalogues items.
Day 2: MaxSold processes the catalogue and sends back for seller approval.
Day 3-9: AUCTION IS OPEN for about a week and online marketing via social platforms is ongoing by MacLee.
Day 9: AUCTION CLOSES and MaxSold processes payments.
Day 10: 48 hours between auction close and item pick-up is required.
Day 11: Pick-up happens for approx 3-6 hours on ONE day - all handled by MacLee!
